Ordering and Accounts
How do I order online?
To purchase on From The Crate, just click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, colour and quantity you want and click "Add to cart". You can then continue shopping and add additional items to your cart or click ‘View Cart' or 'Checkout’ links at the top of the page to complete your order. Keep in mind you will need your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), including the billing address to finalise your online order.
Do I need an account?
Simple answer is yes. This way you can log in and view your purchase history, track your orders plus communicate with us much more easily.
How do I log in to my account?
At the very top-left of every page you'll see the search bar, just to the right of the search bar you'll "Log in". Click here to log in or create an account. If you're already logged in, you'll see "Logged in as (Your name)".
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can change your order while you are still browsing and shopping. You will need to go to your 'Cart'. Here you can remove a product by clicking on the 'Remove' link next to the product image, or change the quantity by clicking the up or down arrows to the right.
We want to get your order out to you as soon as possible, so once you have clicked the 'Order' or 'Confirm' button and your order has been confirmed, it has already been sent to our warehouse to be picked and packed. It's not possible at this stage for you to change or cancel your order. Once you receive your order just follow our returns instructions in the Refund Policy section of our website if you want to return an item.
Can I see my past orders?
Yes, just log in to the website using your email address and password as above and on the "My Account" page you can review your recent orders.
How do I let you know if my details have changed?
Just Login to the website using your email address and password and on the 'My Account' page choose the 'Update my details' button. Make sure you save any changes you make.
Do you have a wish list?
This is a feature we're working on and will be available soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX (please note that a 2% surcharge applies to AMEX payments). Your card will be debited as soon as your order is processed. The transaction will appear on your statement as yd. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cheques or money orders. You also have the option to buy now and pay later with Afterpay. Just choose Afterpay as your payment option at checkout.
Why Wait? You can now get what you want now and pay it off over 4 x fortnightly payments! There is no interest & your order is shipped straight away.

How do I know what size I am?
Most product pages will have a sizing guide, or you can visit the Size Guide section of our website. Our sizes are represented in Australian/New Zealand sizes and in our size section we give you an indication on how to measure yourself so you can find your fit.
